Refund Policy

1. Scope:

  • This policy applies to the subscription “6-Week Rating Peak: Chess Challenge — Monthly Access $59.”

  • It complements our Terms & Conditions. If anything conflicts, local consumer laws prevail.

2. 30-Day Honest-Try Promise (first billing period):

  • Eligible: your first month only.

  • Window: request within 30 days from purchase.

  • How: email contact@imchessbrain.com (subject: “Refund”) from your order email.

  • Result: 100% refund to the original payment method via Stripe; access is removed upon refund.

  • You may keep previously downloaded worksheets/PGNs for personal use.

3. Renewals:

  • Non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

  • We don’t prorate partially used periods.

4. Billing errors & unauthorized charges:

  • If you see a duplicate/incorrect/unauthorized charge, email us.

  • Confirmed errors are corrected or refunded promptly.

5. Processing time:

  • Approved refunds are initiated quickly; banks/card issuers typically complete them in 3–10 business days (varies by country/issuer).

6. Chargebacks:

  • Please contact us first — we resolve most issues promptly.

  • Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to access suspension.

7. In-production content:

  • Weeks 5–6 may still be in production; release is on a best-efforts basis (see Terms).

  • This alone does not extend or override the 30-day refund window.

8. Discounts, coupons, price changes:

  • Promo codes and price changes for new customers do not entitle existing subscribers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments.

9. Currency & taxes:

  • Billed in USD. Bank/issuer may add FX fees.

  • Applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.

10. Statutory rights:

  • Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights. Where required by law, we’ll follow the statutory process.
