
Refund Policy

1. Scope:
This policy applies to the subscription “6-Week Rating Peak: Chess Challenge — Monthly Access $59.”
It complements our Terms & Conditions. If anything conflicts, local consumer laws prevail.
2. 30-Day Honest-Try Promise (first billing period):
Eligible: your first month only.
Window: request within 30 days from purchase.
How: email contact@imchessbrain.com (subject: “Refund”) from your order email.
Result: 100% refund to the original payment method via Stripe; access is removed upon refund.
You may keep previously downloaded worksheets/PGNs for personal use.
3. Renewals:
Non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We don’t prorate partially used periods.
4. Billing errors & unauthorized charges:
If you see a duplicate/incorrect/unauthorized charge, email us.
Confirmed errors are corrected or refunded promptly.
5. Processing time:
Approved refunds are initiated quickly; banks/card issuers typically complete them in 3–10 business days (varies by country/issuer).
6. Chargebacks:
Please contact us first — we resolve most issues promptly.
Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to access suspension.
7. In-production content:
Weeks 5–6 may still be in production; release is on a best-efforts basis (see Terms).
This alone does not extend or override the 30-day refund window.
8. Discounts, coupons, price changes:
Promo codes and price changes for new customers do not entitle existing subscribers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
9. Currency & taxes:
Billed in USD. Bank/issuer may add FX fees.
Applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.
10. Statutory rights:
Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights. Where required by law, we’ll follow the statutory process.
